St. Clair Land Services requires a minimum clearance of 36 inches with no steep slopes, stairs, or sharp turns to access your backyard or dig site.
As part of our commitment, St. Clair Land Services takes responsibility for locating and marking all underground utilities at no extra charge to you.
Please note, that locates generally takes one week from the time of requesting locate.
Locates are done through Ontario One Call.
Customers must provide corner post locations (property stakes).
