After arranging your quote our next step will be to book a time that works for both of us.

Our website only contains a handful of services we actually offer or advertise. Your best course of action is to contact us directly and we can discuss your needs. 

St. Clair Land Services requires a minimum clearance of 36 inches with no steep slopes, stairs, or sharp turns to access your backyard or dig site.

As part of our commitment, St. Clair Land Services takes responsibility for locating and marking all underground utilities at no extra charge to you.

Please note, that locates generally takes one week from the time of requesting locate.

Locates are done through Ontario One Call.

Customers must provide corner post locations (property stakes).
